  • All orders will be delivered according to the weight and gender selected by the customer. Before each shipment, a special person will check whether the crabs are fresh. And the customer cannot ask to observe in advance in any way to decide whether to buy or not.

  • All hairy crabs must be stored at 3-5 degrees Celsius from receipt to consumption to ensure that the crabs are fresh and eaten on the day of receipt.

  • As hairy crabs are fresh products, we will only place an order with the supplier after receiving the order and deliver it to our warehouse before the delivery date specified by the customer. If the product cannot be delivered on the specified date due to the supplier's transportation, we will Notify the customer as soon as possible, the actual delivery date is subject to restrictions on the arrival of the goods, please pay attention to the product description.

  • If the customer cannot be contacted before shipment, the store reserves the right to cancel the order. Item quantity/weight/supply may be adjusted, and sometimes items may be out of stock. If there is a shortage of stock, we will refund the amount or difference of the out-of-stock item within 24 hours on the day of delivery, and you can also choose to make it up on the next delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account due to different processing times between payment providers.

  • The hairy crabs sold in this store are guaranteed to be "dead for one", but will not be returned if there is a broken limb or difference in appearance caused by transportation or other factors. As for the guaranteed "death-for-one" policy, everything is subject to the stock situation of the store at the time. Since the hairy crabs are fresh and the stock is tight, if the store cannot provide the same type and weight of crabs for return, customers can choose other equivalent If there is a price difference, the customer needs to make up the difference. If the customer has doubts about the weight of the hairy crab, please use a scale that meets the specifications, or go to the public scale in the market to weigh. If the weight does not match, please take a photo of the weight and contact our store to follow up for you.

  • **Because the storage method will greatly affect the survival condition and quality of crabs, customers should check and count immediately after receiving the goods, and cook all the crabs thoroughly and consume them on the same day. Contact said that quality or crab death, will not accept the return of the goods. All orders must be eaten on the same day of receipt. If it is not eaten on the day of receipt and the crab is found dead later, it will not be accepted. Customers are advised to book the delivery time in advance.

  • **Please note that if the customer chooses to pick up the goods at the self-pickup point, they must check whether the purchased crab is still alive and the quantity before leaving. After the goods go out, the crab is found dead and will not be accepted.

  • **If the crab dies before cooking, the crab cannot be eaten.
  • **The weight stated on this page is the unit of weight used in Hong Kong, and the store converts it to 37.5 grams per tael with one decimal place.
